Recently completed on our Lovely New Home by Gleeson on the "Balderstones" development and i can honestly say we are more than happy with the service we received. We started our purchase at the beginning of the first COVID lockdown in Feb 2020 and so all was delayed through no fault of Gleeson but throughout we have had constant updates and communication keeping us up to date with the development of the build and any administration work needed to be carried out. Meghan Dunne was who originally sold us the house but had to leave for Maternity reasons but was fantastic in her recommendations and advice leading up to that point. Debbie Howarth who was also dealing with us has left the company but we was very happy with the way she dealt with us and kept us informed all the way to her leaving. On continuation we have had Jamie Hudson taking on her role and we are both very happy at the way he has also kept us in touch with everything going on whether it was any delays on the build due to COVID restrictions or anything else. Good communication is what makes things easier these days and this has all been a very easy process with Gleeson for that reason alone. All in all, We love our new house and will be here for a long time and cant recommend this company enough in keeping their word . A very big thankyou to all the team!.
