One of the best gyms in the area. Zayn really cares about the gym, and is constantly on the look to improve things. Equipment is fantastic, a lot of old school stuff that you dont get in the commercial gyms. Everyone there is friendly, and happy to help should you need advice or a spot. The only downside, and it is a small one, is that the resistance area is quite cramped as there is a lot of equipment and not a great deal of space. Would recommend to anyone!

Decent gym with plenty of space to manoeuvre and work out. My only issue is the treadmills look dirty and some dont work. Otherwise very good gym.

Amazing gym with great staff that are always ready to help. Great music and atmosphere which plays a big part in my training. They have all the supplements you need at good prices, changing rooms, sauna.. they have good weights and machines for everything. A spectacular gym.

Friendly place you don't have the ego lifters you need help you'll get it owner is fab staff are well behaved place clean tidy plenty of variety downstairs upstairs you got your cardio boxing so on price is OK yes it can get cold but once you start training you hardly notice that definitely worth visiting trying out You won't be disappointed at all so 9 out of 10 great music head down train all levels of people train here
