Very bad staff they don't even attend the call if they attend then do not give appointment.

Very unprofessional staff, went every week there for 2 months to get registration form but got refused by saying forms are not available. Also said by receptionist that "don't have space for more patients, go and try GP upstaits".

Why does it take ages for staff to answer ?? when I'm caller 1?? Most of the staff need replacing. Someone with brains and helpfully would be great. Typical girls narrow and rude. The other I walked in and asked what time do you close. Her response was surgery closes at half 5. But lines are open till 6! But there's no bloody answer

I dont normally write reviews BUT .... I had the pleasure of speaking with Ambreen.. Who has got to be the worst receptionist I have ever interacted with. She must be new to the outside world, she was rude, unwilling, impatient you get the picture.. I Hope she's not being paid in money to do her job because I could think of better way to use that money. My only only conclusion is " you pay peanuts" you catch my drift.. Building looks nice and thats about it. Absolute waste of good office space.

That's annoying if we need appointment or want to talk with dr always phone temporary out of service uhhhhggggggg
