Had an emergency appointment for the eye ward following a visit to A&E at Fairfield Hospital in Bury. Staff were friendly welcoming and ensured that I knew what to expect during the appointment. The doctor I was assigned to knew who I was as he was one of the doctors speaking to doctors at Fairfield a few days prior. Appointment lasted around an hour and was very thorough. Given the all clear and discharged with instructions if the problem occurred again. Just wanted to thank all staff for everything they have done for me at this department and also at Fairfield A&E... service was excellent

I was admitted on Thursday for surgery on my foot.. And from the moment I checked in, until I was discharged everything was 5 star...the staff in all departments were, polite, chatty, very caring, and attended to your every need... and the theatre staff explained everything which I find very important...amazing hospital to the point I wish it was my local one. Thanks for everything

Apart from the wait time which was quite long, every other service was top notch and easily rated 5 star. The team was very professional and caring. I had a pleasant experience and received quality care. It was all worth the wait; thanks to the entire professional team, and especially to Dr. Lim

I went to the urgent care department on the 2nd April (after a fall on the 1st) everyone from the receptionist, to the x-ray technician was very friendly and even though I was in a lot of pain, they made the experience better.
