        Edit: The seller did contact me and replace my order but the initial way things were conducted had already left a mark, won't be using again. Called to explain my order which I ordered 3 weeks ago has still not arrived only to be told it has been signed for by another adress. I was not informed about this and told the lady over the phone that the parcel should have been signed for by me or I should have at least been notified. The lady explained to me this is not her problem and it's out of her hands as the company they use for delivers is TNT. Anyways after some deliberation the woman finally said to me that she will chase up the delivery service. Can't believe the lack of care I received and attitude of it not being thier problem. If I set up a business and send out parcels nobody receives I would surely be led to believe that is my problem. Apparently not.
