        I Have gotten flowers from here consistently and theyve been lovely but I got some recently and they looked so lack-lustre and poor, not at all what I paid for. Also, Emma was extremely rude after bringing up something that was not provided, no acknowledgement and did not accept responsibility or apologise; as a paying customer, I expect better service.
