May I pass on my thanks and full appreciation for how you have dealt with myself as a customer. From the initial contact regarding the order to the delivery and minor issues with the elbow pads has been a fantastic customer experience. At all times emails have been dealt with in a very quick and orderly manner, your understanding when I explained about my personal issue and rescheduling delivery. Most importantly Exigo must recognise that their business process from sales to the manufacture ( exceptional build quality) is of first class and its such a shame the blue chips dont deliver in such a wonderful way. We worked with Exigo to fit out 95% of our new gym. They were brilliant to work with, creative, thoughtful and flexible. Their own Exigo equipment is brilliant and all made in their own factory in Rochdale. We totally recommend this company.

Exigo equipped the new facility at Strength Academy Wales. Prior to the install, we liaised with many equipment wholesale companies, reviewing their products, service and cost and in the Summer of 2022 we decided Exigo was the right option to support the needs of our members and to help our organisation grow its membership base. A fantastic batch of impressive strength equipment was installed at our new venue. Great build quality and very aesthetic. The process from start to finish, including after sales support has been outstanding. Our members have loved the new equipment and our membership has soared rapidly since the install, attracting new people to our facility. We have an inclusive membership base, ranging from elite Welsh and GB athletes who are sign-posted to us from National Governing Bodies, Olympic Weightlifters, Powerlifters, disability athletes, members aged from 11 to 85 years of age, people keeping fit and healthy; and many community groups, such as the over 65s and unpaid carers. All of our members access, enjoy and benefit from using the Exigo equipment. Exigo is highly recommended.
