We Highly recommend Profound Installations Ltd We had a new back door fitted and couldnt be happier. From start to finish the service that was provided was outstanding and extremely professional. On the day of the work being carried out I went into hospital to have my baby and was worried Id come home to a mess, I was so wrong. I really wouldnt of known anyone had been. The lads that carried out the work was very understanding and reassured me Id have nothing to worry about and all was in hand. We arrived home the following day with a new born baby and a brand new shiny door and not a trace of mess Its So smart, thanks again -Top guys.

I cannot fault the service start to finish from Dan and the team at Profound. Dan came round about 4 times to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and clarified every point with us. His team installed a full house of windows including French doors and a front door in 4 days. They were amongst the best workmen I have ever used - polite, respectful, hard working and every day they cleaned and tidied up so well that you would hardly know they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Two years after they replaced our windows We have just used Profound to redesign, rip out and replace our kitchen. Delighted to see their high standards have been maintained.

Very professional hard working lads, the work they do is second to none and I would recommend to anyone that is looking to get a kitchen or bedroom fitted to contact these guys first.

Had Ed and Scott from Profound installations change all windows and door. What a fantastic couple of lads: completed work in great time but with precision and care next to no damage to surrounding internal walls etc and finished off to a very high standard Cleared away all debris on completion too. Had three windows replaced at my mother's house. I found Profound due to an online search and not being satisfied with a couple of other companies we had spoken to prior. Dealing with Profound from start to finish has been wonderful. Daniel - the director was always responsive and clearly organized. The installers - Andy, Tao and Ed were excellent, worked diligently and carefully and cleaned everything up to the point you wouldn't know any work had been done. They were also kind enough to switch out a panel in the conservatory door for my mum that had a cat flap in it and was no longer needed. We will no doubt use Profound again when a couple other windows in the house will eventually need replacing. In a sea of window companies that have at best mediocre reputations, Profound should be your first and only call you make. Thank you Daniel and the lads! BD, 6/7/2021.
