        Tried to get help with online services. Went in the surgery this morning and filled in the form. Got an email later in response to that but needed help, so rang the surgery. Was told i would have to go into the surgery again. Explained that was what i was trying to avoid, as i am a carer and stuck at the other side of Rochdale hence the reason for setting up the online services. I asked the person on the phone to bear with me while i just put my password in but she just said "you will have to hurry up" that was'nt the reaction i wanted or expected and am quite dissatisfied. Wont bother now but that wont bother the surgery. It will.just make my life even harder .

        I've been at this practice since I was a small child and i have never been let down by the services. Great doctors and staff. Could do with a lick of paint though
