        If I could give 0 starts I would. Worst practice I have been. I take days off work as they advise they can fit my appointments in then tell me there are now no nurses available, so I have now waisted time off work for nothing

        Recently moved over. The receptionists are lovely and provide a good service. Bev has been such a pleasure to deal with Couldn't praise her enough.

        My mother of 74 had fallen whilst on her way to the supermarket, she was helped to the pharmacy by a neighbour, where they kindly put a strip over the gash on her knee advising her to go to the doctors surgery (Kingsway Medical Practice) they refused to do anything for her and did not even bother to call an ambulance, absolutely shockingly disgusted
