Through my son's potty training, he had soiled his pants at school once and his preschool teacher Asia actually shouted at him. Since then, he would come home upset and became so irritable at everything, that he was having night terrors, waking up screaming saying he doesn'twanttogo to school. One time he actually scratched his little brother and left a big bruise on his eye. I had to smack him that once on his bum as he was so uncontrollable that he injured his little brother, and the school reported me to social services as an unfit and dangerous parent, stating I 'beat' them up regularly. I tried to complain about Asia's behaviour to the key worker: Kelly, in front of social services, and she scrunched her nose, stating the staff would never do that, but kept questioning my parenting skills. I tried to report this to Samira, the manager, over the phone and she kept speaking over me stating 'it's your word against hers' and wouldn't take the complaint seriously, but kept asking me for witnesses. This resulted in me withdrawing both children from the school. My son has finally opened up about his experience to social services and I'm now going to make an official complaint to OFSTED. No child should ever suffer such abuse because of these incompetent and inexperienced staff. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Amazing nursery, finding somewhere I can feel confident that my child with many additional needs will be well looked after has always been a worry until I met the lovely staff here. They truly care and I love that the children are all so happy whenever I'm there. I'm always reassured when I worry about my son and to see him more upset about home time than he ever is about me leaving him just shows me how much I can trust Seeros. Highly recommended.
