Joke of a service. Booked a collection with 1 day delivery, noone showed up at all.

Strenuous process to try and get details on parcel. Service was supposed to take 6-10 days. Currently on day 18 and finally some movement on my package. This company cannot get the simple things right.

Worst service! Every time I got some delivery with parcelforce they just send a message saying that they attempted that delivery when is cleary not true! I've choose today as delivery date as I was off from work and nobody came! In fact no card was left at the door! If you try to speak with the customer service is even worst, they won't help, you can't choose a time slot, a lady this morning ask for my number and said to me she would contact the driver to ask for a redelivery for today and she was supposed to call me back guess what? Never happened! If you have a chance choose a different company, you can tell by the number of negative reviews that it happens quite often. Really really disappointing!!! Update: I've wrote the reviews 2 weeks ago and here I'm again saying I still didn't receive the parcels they hold it in the depot since the 27th of March and today is the 16th of April, this is outrageous..

3 attempts to deliver stating can not find house. I sell buy on ebay use parcel force before your driver is a joke you have my telephone number and sent you a map. Evri all the way you bunck of cowboys
