Horrendous service! Tried to return a 5 month old coat because the seams have come away and they refused to refund it. There was no other coats available in my daughters size. So now my daughter is without a coat! 125 wasted!

Absolutely appalling service. I had to keep chasing my order and eventually told to contact my local store. When they arrived they were not the ones i ordered and trying to get this resolved is a nightmare. The operative Tanveer ended up ending the chat as could not resolve.....very poor still not resolved will never use again

Absolutely discussing they taken my money in store said that it had failed and the money wouldnt be take from my account and it was. Spoke to the store manager and he said come back into store and he would sort it out, so I returned to store to be told they couldnt get hold of anyone. Come back another day I am absolutely fuming doesnt look as if I am going to get my money back daylight robbery I wouldnt use any of there stores if you must pay with cash as they are not competent enough to keep track of there own accounts or IT equipment
