Couldnt ask for any more from Shauna in the process of buying our first home. Our purchase was difficult due to our sellers solicitors and Shauna went above and beyond to chase and follow up all enquiries as well as reassuring us along the way. She explained every single step for us thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. With us being first time buyers we really appreciated this. BEST around wouldn't recommend anyone else but these guys. Kept me in the loop every step of the way on buying my first house. Absolutely phenomenal service from Josh. I can not fault Matthew Montgomerys one bit. Josh really has the attentive care and pride in his job to provide the best service for his clients. I used Matthew Montgomerys upon reading reviews on solicitors in my area, Joshs name came up a lot so I requested him and he did not disappoint. He made my first time buy as smooth sailing as could be. Unfortunately not all solicitors in my purchase provided a great service which made things difficult for me(external). However, Josh did everything he could to chase things up and give me all the advice I needed to ensure I would be in before Christmas. It was touch and go for a good few weeks, but I made it in. What a magical Christmas is was! I thank everyone at Matthew Montgomerys for all their efforts. Brilliant communication and good response times. Have a great new year all!
