Beware don't go anywhere near this company!!!!! we decided to use Hoyle development to build our single Storey extension and bathroom what a mistake. We been quoted 6 weeks and took over 32 weeks to complete living on a building site when I say complete we have many outstanding issues! Hoyle informed us at the start the job would be completed with minimum effect on our family as we have a 1year old and two year old. This was far from the truth. The main workers we seen mostly appear out of their depth. These builders seem to do most or nearly all of the jobs, foundations, brick work, roofs, joinery basically using jack of all trades. You never knew if they were going to turn up or prioritize other jobs just a nightmare from start to finish no care for your home as we had to clean basically every night and also left with half a sink for months causing smell and flies. We have now terminated the contact paying 87% of the original agreed contract as we tried to negotiate agreeing to pay a bit more to get rid of them basically but they wont budge even asking for another 2500 on top of the original contact. They even had the cheek to send someone round to the house while i'm at work to tell my partner that they would come and remove goods to the value of 6K and erect scaffolding to do so. What ways this to do business? At least lift the phone and speak to us! PLEASE BE WARNED AVOID. We still have many outstanding issues thats going to cost 1000s to rectify. Major leaks in full extension, poor joinery, poor plastering, bad tiling, bad plumping the list goes on and on! I have loads of pictures and videos but have attached some so you can get the gist Don't make the same mistake we did and go with Hoyle developments!

Excellent service from start to finish. Quote and design process was extremely helpful. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I asked them to refurb my 2 bed terrace. The back wall was rebuilt, new kitchen, new bathroom. Told it would take 6 weeks. Week 11 I terminated their contract as the work still not completed and what they had done is poor. I kept to my side of the contract in good faith, all the money paid to them!! The bathroom, well, what I asked for and what they were trying to put in - a feature wall in the shower, central to shower tray, put in the corner!! Tiling so bad. Kitchen poorly fitted with HUGE hole cut out of kick-board for dishwasher. Didn't fit back door properly, have to have new one as they fitted it to low for a sill, left windows unfinished, blocked up drains with window foam and building debris. In my opinion they have no skill and take no care. Oh so messy and as a building company they ASSUME you know about building regs.... something they never mentioned or suggested I find out about. Please be warned.
