Moved my manufacturing from London to Rochadale to work with Ask Trading was not a good decision on my part. As a start-up brand working with low minimums I was told they were able to help with low MOQ's which was openly discussed and agreed in intial meetings. Made me pay for sampling development services then went back on their word that they cant work with me due to small orders. In the process lost my pattern and have still not got back to me on recompensating for the loss which came at a cost to me. As a self funded project this has caused major delays in my business and uneccessary costs which could have been avoided from the onset. Email communications have been poor too. Unethical practices and unreliable service overall.

I was let down by this company. They promised to produce sample between two to three weeks. The sample never came six weeks later. They refunded my money on the proviso that they will still send the sample when it's ready. Sample never came and they don't reply to email or return my calls. Bad experience all round
