I bought a 67-reg Ford Focus from these in August 2021, the car has consistently had issues with its vacuum pump. When it broke down first I rang the RAC warranty which is sold by trande centre along with the car and they told me to take to one of their listed garage. They replaced the pump and within 5 months, the pump broke down again along with the oil pump and when I rang the warranty they said they only cover one part per year. The car has has caused me more stress in 2 years than any other that I have ever owned no matter how old. I will not bother from buying with them ever again and certainly will not recommend the warranty that comes with it.

Was granted a car etc then they decided to ask for more info 5 hours later still sitting there like a mug in the end told them to keep the car and looked elsewhere

Very misleading service. Offered me 9900 online with an additional 100 if I made an appointment within 48 hours. Then I was hounded by sales people pushing for an appointment. I went to my appointment which is half an hour away from me, to be congratulated on the excellent condition of the car and then offered me 1000 less with no negotiation. The attitude of the sales person was extremely sexist and he kept calling me love. Disgusting attitude and extremely misleading. Total waste of an hour of my Saturday. He even admitted that if he gave me online what he intended to I wouldn't have turned up. He also admitted that he would have made 3000 from the sale of my car.

Been in to look at cars with my partner.. BEN was very helpful, he was very informative and knew his stuff on the GTD he was showing me, if you want sales keep him.
