Very poor! Did not come on their first appointment. Rescheduled their second appointment. Their 3rd appointment they took photos and told the insurer I am claiming for wear and tear on things not even included in the claim. That sent confusion and delays right through the claims process. When you call them they do not know what their own surveyors report says and they never call you back. Then when you get frustrated and make a complaint they say they are not there to take abuse. Laughable!

These people are best avoided, they do not communicate, they give no information, and are impossible on the phone. We had a claim for a damaged wooden floor in the hall, after long delays they finally came to take up some flooring, and that was the last I heard, until I contacted the insurance brokers, who rang the insurance company, who gave them a push. They rang me whilst I was on the phone to the insurance brokers, and I asked whether they could ring me back in five minutes. I didn't hear back so I rang them getting a shouty aggressive man, who accused me being rude, and then put the phone down on me. I rang the insurance brokers saying I didn't want them anywhere near our house. My girlfriend rang him back, and he said I had rung last week being rude, which was totally false, as I hadn't rung them for weeks, and was not rude then either. They had lied to the insurance company to cover their backs, saying the floor was wet, which is false, as the flood was three months ago, and the chap who pulled up the section of floor, said it was totally dry. The insurers have now appointed a new firm, and we look forward to having the work carried out efficiently and professionally.

Great team, the office staff were always friendly and very helpful, the two trades we had fitting door casings and new doors were exceptionally talented, very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile but most importantly, clean! Big thanks
