I booked these, and says Dont pay untill the service has been set up, my child's father booked it ended up paying online without a date or time being confirmed, so I have been trying to phone them goes straight to voicemail with a message from before April 2021 the 0800 number just beeps, I've sent emails no response, so i don't even think this company is legitimate, but yet my child's father has paid and has no way of contacting them to know what's going on. Now I wish I seen the lady's review from 11 months ago as they obviously have not been in business for over a year but still have an active website n taking people money, good job he can call his bank and get it back

I book a candy cart, popcorn machine and candy floss machine from this company they are un professional, unorganised and very rude. They came to set up and they told me on the day that they have to pick the set up early, they lied and told me that they confirm this with me, but they did not I have all got a text message from them comfirming the time that I agree on. Then they had the ordasaty to say if I dont agree with the time now then they would have to take the set up back. I was mortified as I have been planning this party for months and they didnt care to leave me high and dry. In the end I let them pick the set up early. They was not apologetic at all, they simply didn't care, also they gave someone else the equipment I ordered so I also had to settle with what they had. They clearly have comunatioal issue.

Do not use this company they are unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a slush machine for a childrens party. I had an email to confirm the booking and was told Mike would arrive an hour earlier than needed to set up. He did not arrive. I phoned twice and left voicemails but was not contacted at all either by phone or email. I am so annoyed that Despite my best efforts, 25 children went home disappointed from a party.
