Came in today to purchase a M8 competition brand new. Lady at the desk was not bothered at all. Too stuck up to even say hello. Was asked by a member of staff if needed any help, which I asked her if they had a m8 in the showroom as I had a few questions. she said yes upstairs and walked away, never saw her again. Staff are not bothered at all. Expect to chase them and be met with long faces. Anyway. I left. Bought my beautiful M8 competition from another dealership who dealt with me much more professionally

Purchased a BMW M4 convertible and Left without a car for nearly 2 months now and could be longer. Car was sold to me with water ingress which caused the speakers to stop working. No courtesy car was provided for at least 2 weeks in reporting the issue. They have provided me with a basic estate car which is a 3 series. They tried to make me pay Almost 4000 for the damage as it wasnt covered under warranty after complaining they paid for the issue with the car. If it wasnt for me complaining and fighting this case I would of been left stranded with a 4000 bill to pay. I The Car was also sold to me with damage to the front grill which they havent bothered looking into at all after providing them with an invoice from my local BMW branch. Purchased the car for summer now looks like I will be left without the car for the whole of summer. I should of returned the car within the 30 days if I knew BMW were going to deal with the situation like this. Never purchasing from BMW rochdale again. I gave the 5 stars to the sales executive to soon as I was being nice and I knew how it impacts their job but they deserve a 1 star now. BMW UK can only resolve these issues directly with the branch was supposed to get a call back and never did this is usual practice with BMW rochdale they never answer phone calls or pass it on to someone else.

Tried to not honour expensive warranty so we would end up paying them twice. Couldn't align wheels because their equipment is too old even though they initially had it booked in for this... Paying around 3 x the prices of other garages for a fraction of the service and quality just seems insane.

Called back in February and was given a booking slot for 21st April. Have had to wait more than 2 months for my booking slot (for vehicle safety recall - DDE Control Unit). Got a call the day before my booking saying they do not have the part in stock and my booking has been cancelled. No time frame given as to when they will have the part in stock so I can re-book. Very disappointing.
