        Went to ask for a part and the gentleman did not seem interested in helping at all, I felt I wasnt welcome. It was as if Id done something wrong even though I only asked for a part, nothing else. Ended up going to Cycle Addicts off Bury Road, who were so helpful. Even though they didnt stock the part I needed, they helped me find it online from somewhere else. Chris Paulson cycles need to learn a little courtesy and try and help customers. Will not recommend them to anyone I know, my new Cannondale will be serviced at Cycle Addicts.
