        Top of the shops! John and Marjorie were kind and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was fantastic and were also happy to provide a takeaway breakfast in the mornings when I had early starts. Fantastic place to stay if working local and looking for a peaceful place to rest your head. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The sheep are very friendly too

        Very Welcoming and friendly hosts, John and Marjorie. Excellent, INCLUDED, full English breakfast. Quiet, on the edge of town, rural and yet close to connecting motorways. We were visiting our daughter at Manchester Uni and didn't want the noise and hassle of the city. Perfect. Personal service like this is scarce and a joy. I've been agonising over writing such a good review because we want to come again and want to be able to keep it to ourselves! Unbelievably good value.
