Some nice motors with big price tags, but if your enquiring about something cheaper you suddenly become a second class citizen. The old fella needs a lesson in customer care how my wife didn't give him a fat lip is beggars belief, chauvinistic and patronising is putting it lightly, he should stick to making brews and staying out of the way and they might make a few more sales and be able to move out of that farmers field. Poor experience.

Patronising, condescending, and lost himself two sales. Arrived with a family member to view two Jaguars (XK for myself, XF 3.0d for him), ready to purchase the cars and quite willing. The older salesman who dealt with us was extremely patronising and walked us away from the sales office. His first question was to ask which car was we had arrived in, as if it was some sort of background check. After which we told him I was interested in the Jaguar XK, he replied with whats one of those?. Not a problem, not everyone has an encyclopaedic memory. However he then proceeded to try and sell me a Renault Megane R26. I already have a dedicated track car and was looking for refined V8 cruising. He then proceeded to lecture us about how 12,000 was cheap for a Jag, even though that might seem like a lot of money to you were his exact words. Leaving us stunned he continued, stating not everyone can afford to run these cars, but we were welcome to look at he Megane and a few other diesel Audis he pointed at. We left shortly afterwards. I hope he reads this and realises he has lost approx 25,000 of cash sales for two vehicles due to his attitude. Also, the cars arent as tidy as they first appear: broken numberplate frames (Mercedes SL350) radio antennae stuck halfway up and snapped off (Jaguar XK), etc etc. The previous court case in 2013 suggests false advertising is rife. Avoid.
