Good bank, great products. Most of the time they are on hand over the phone to help if I need it, you get the odd member of staff over the phone that is unhelpful. The branch staff members that I had to deal with in this branch, when my Universal Credit back-payment was held by the fraud team, were appalling, rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic with the whole situation. The live chat team in the Barclays app are sometimes helpful but other times they are not helpful and the live chat sessions can close and messages do not display sometimes. However, they have done chargebacks on many payments for me that there has been an issue with, and I have always got my money back. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am getting old and I sometimes get a bit slow but the staff let me take my time and we got everything sorted to my satisfaction and i didn't feel under any pressure and i will stick to them

Rude unprofessional staff who pick and choose who to be nice to. Well, what do you expect from a northern sewer town like Rochdale. Its full of trashy rough people with no class .
