        Staff has noanners to deal with the customers. Branch is like a fish market. People are hooting at each other. Staff namely Tracy is extremely rude. Instead of apologising for not able to provide me required information insisted that I cannot advise her and didn't listened to my matter at all. I am with this bank since 14 years, paying mortgage every month. Thinking to leave lloyds because of today's experience. Really upset....

        One of the best Banks in Rochdale. Good customer service. Located at 58 Yorkshire Street, Rochdale, OL16 1JP. Their services are top-notch. They are tech-alert in keeping their customers safe both online etc. Very difficult for the fraudsters and scamers to break through the accounts of their customers.
