        At first I liked Santander but my experience soon turned horrendous. Amazon kept taking Amazon Prime payments after my mum closed her Amazon account. My mum reported this to Santander but they did not block and refund the payments and instead they decided to charge high overdraft fees. This left my mum being required to pay 490.00 for a subscription and overdraft fees that she did not use. To top all this off, Santander withdrew my banking facilities because I had opened 'too many savings accounts' with them... What a sad excuse of a bank. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
