Firstly I went down to take some cash out and my card got stuck, so they said come back tomorrow and well give you the card back. Then came the next day and said theyd have to destroy my card ???? Like just give me the card back as it was mine!!! She claimed that itll go to a site to be destroyed!! So instead of giving my card back(to its rightful owner) I have to pay another 50 to get a new one, as my card is metal, and they wont even compensate as this is there error. Ive had my card stuck in a card machine before and the bank(Barclays) retrieved my card straight away no fuss. Like I said do not use this bank. Horrible and very poor customer service!!!!!!
