        Very disappointed to be treated with such lack of empathy by the branch manager today. No attempt made to actually listen, understand or help. I requested a more private area as needed to share very personal information and request denied despite empty room visibly free. Big queue waiting to be seen and able to hear everything was very offputting for me so I left. 61 years of age and going through the worst time in my life and manager showed absolutely no respect...indeed he could not care less! Appalling.

        Had to wait more than an hour just to unblock my girlfriend account. looks staff shortage and one who already there are just wondering around not being proactive

        My partner rang up for help as my daughter was in ICU in alder hay liverpool...he was back and forwards constantly from rochdale to liverpool....he got home with my other 2 girls had no gas or elec....he rang up to ask for a 50 overdraft and was refused...what type of people work here? Absolute discrase!! How can they leave kids with no gas or electric??? Horrible bank!!
