What an amazing service from Mark from start to finish! After an upsetting conversation with the buyer of my property, I called Mark from a recommendation. He was calm and understanding of the situation. He visited us outside of his area within 2 hours of the call. When he arrived he was jolly and a very pleasant gentleman. He explained everything to us and guided us where to look for information should we needed it. He took the samples and kept his word on how we would be informed and timescale.
