Not quite sure where to start with this company. Firstly, the cleaner they allocated called me 2 days early to seeming like he was on his way, he seemingly had no idea when the appointment was booked for. He said that he was in Salford (nearby where I live), and that he was coming. I corrected him about the date and he seemed unhappy, but said thats fine and I confirmed the correct date and time for 2 days later. The correct date came (the Thursday) and he calls again, asking if I still want him to come at that time. I said there was no reason why not, unless he had an issue. He said it would actually be easier for him to come on the Friday instead at 3pm. Already mesmerised by the lack of professionalism from these people, I said that was fine. Friday 3pm came and went- no sign of him. I tried calling and texting but had to wait a while for an answer for him to say he was running late. He arrived around 35 minutes late and after much to-and-fro so he could figure out the building, we got him inside. We gave clear instructions on what we wanted doing, and left him to it as I was working. He ignored every instructions and did other things. He also regularly interrupted us on calls etc. to ask silly questions. Furthermore, the cleaner left all the oven utensils out of the oven and lots of cleaning liquid in there which even weeks later left a strong detergent/bleach scent. As for the rest of his cleaning he was using the same damp cloth that smelt a million times worse than anything he was actually cleaning, and meant we had to clean over everything afterwards to get rid of the bacteria (and the smell). The cleaner wore his shoes around the flat despite our request not to do this on carpet. And to make matters worse he must have cut himself at some point and left BLOOD all over the apartment (images attached). To add insult to injury, the cleaning company then contacted me the next day to say they were going to charge for additional cleaning time, and tried to accuse me of dishonesty in my booking. By this point, I was already as perplexed as I could be and my bank are handling the matter of the excess charge (although really, it should all be refunded). So yeah, if you want to have to redo the cleaning again, have blood all over your appointment, pay more than you agreed, have headaches from phone calls and alternated appointments at short notice then go ahead and use Sparkleen Homes! Addition: you really dont get the idea here and clearly have a misconstrued concept of the truth and reality. The way you conduct yourself is unsustainable and your business will fail. Review how you behave with hour customers and who you employ- before its too late :)

Brilliant service, very fast to respond over e-mail and amend our booking to our needs. The cleaner arrived exactly on time and followed our instructions on gaining access, was there for around 5 hours and did an absolutely brilliant job, well beyond our expectations. Never had a professional cleaner before but we'll definitely be going back if the need arises again. Service: Moving-related cleaning
