I Rented a property of Simplelife all seems okay until you end your tenant. Simplelife are a Draconion company who lie and don't let you have the chance to walk round with them on the day of checking your property, they even charge you for the inside of your washing machine draw not looking like brand new am talking a little bit of washing powder left in the draw, Be very careful as they will do anything to rip you of. Would not recommend going with this company, we have used many agent's over the year's and never come across a company as bad as Simplelife.

Anything but a Simple Life!! Stay clear of this company, absolutely useless, seemingly only interested in scraping as many pennies as they can from their customers. Arriving at the property unlocked and unfinished pipes to washing machine. Back Garden not Lawned on arrival. Driveway Not useable - Lowered Kerb Washing Machine Leak left all downstairs floor boards ruined and damp for over a month before Simple Life had anyone fix this issue. Bins not at property. 3 months later Simple Life agree to purchase bins. They were then stolen and set on fire outside the address, Simple Life did not replace them. Simple Life had 100+ Welcome Packs sent to our address in which a neighbour had to take in for us as we were not in to collect. Left us with a massive inconvenience of having to store until someone could come and collect, and they were in no hurry at all! Break Clause Activated in November - Rent paid up to 25th Feb Advised to post keys back into property when leaving in November and therefore will no longer be liable, a check out report will be completed in 48 hours. To then find out we are liable and now unable to access the property we have paid rent for up until the 25th Feb. Simple Life Homes then hold the deposit up until this point. 8th March, we are notified by email that we failed the inspection report that was in-fact carried out following the 25th Feb, 3 months after we vacated the property and many more hours later than the 48 hours we were originally told. Having read the check out report, we were penalised for dusty skirting boards, difficult for us to maintain as the property had been vacant for months as Simple Life Homes had our keys. Also a washing up bowl and key rack were left and some holes had been filled but not painted over, as we had 48 hours to move out all our furniture and transport it 2 hours away. Should I have had access to the property until 25th February I would have been able to finish the painting and the check out report would have been passed like every other property I have ever rented. Now Simple Life Homes want to deduct 253.76p from my deposit. I paid rent for the period December 2018 till 25th February 2019 at 720per month and unable to access the property due to Simple Life Homes. In my eyes, I am due a refund. Horrid time with Simple Life Homes, customer care is simply missing, they made my life noting but complicated. I would advise to stay away and use a local recognised estate agent or private landlord over Simple Life Homes.
