I love working here. I've recently got over a badly broken leg and they've really looked after me. Even got me a massive aqua bouquet. I've worked for a bad care company in Whitby and to come here is a dream. It is demanding and the shifts are tough but that's working in care! If you love this sector you won't gte a better company than this. The training I've had has been brilliant and they're always on the lookout to promotions so you can easily work your way up if you're ambitious. Those who love care love working here and are really happy. Those who don't, leave.

This was not an experience of my own but that of a friend. Moorview are terrible. You work long hours totally to 17 hour shifts, other staff do not turn in and you are told not to leave the building until someone arrives from a location three hours away. They under pay the staff. My friend was underplayed 600 then when the company was questioned on this they said the reason for this was because of training my friend had done, which was mandatory. Then if you have questions or queries the management turn their phone off. Good luck to anyone starting with them. You will need it.
