Had an enjoyable stay previously, so rebooked for 2020. Unfortunately government covid restrictions meant our trip was postponed, the owners agreed over the phone to rearranging to a later date when restrictions were lifted. But then ignored all future correspondence and not honoured the rearrangement, keeping our money (which had been paid in full). Very disappointing as we have been repeat customers at all their properties in the past. Will never book direct with an owner again, using hoseasons or similar in future.

Lovely clean cottage. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the cooker not working on arrival, thank goodness for the Internet! The kitchen was ill-equipped, lacking essential cooking equipment. Additionally, not ONE dish that you could use in the oven to bake a meal, mix something in or use to serve something in. A leaking toilet and broken shower added to our misery. Two single beds fashioned together to make a large double is great, apart from the exceptionally uncomfortable single mattresses used, covered with a smaller than needed duvet. All of this regrettably resulted in us leaving 2 days early. It was lovely and warm however and great that dogs were allowed.

We were visiting the cottage as friends were staying there . Firstly extremely good value for money. Spacious two bedroomed cottage with garden and dog friendly ! It lacked for nothing the kitchen was equipped with state of the art appliances . The lounge extremely comfortable with leather sofas a large tv wifi a log burner and a separate area for dining . The bedrooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable plenty of storage space too. One of the nicest self catering cottages I've seen . My only niggle was a lack of parking space you had to park on the main street of the village which was a bit of a pain but I could recommend this to anyone : excellent value for money !

A wonderful cottage! Great location and warm and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. The owners are exceptionally well organised and made extra arrangements for COVID safety. The cottage was made clean and safe. We had two great meals in the local pub and it was a great base from which to explore the local area. We would certainly book again!
