        Rooms: Good size and great facilities, plus a reasonably stocked mini fridge with snacks and drinks. Walkability: Two mins' walk from the top of "central" Robin Hood's Bay and conveniently located just around the corner from a bus stop if you're traveling in from Whitby.

        Lovely rooms, very comfortable, clean and well presented. The electronic keyless locks great idea, very 21st Century. North Ings was the Ideal location for us exploring the town and accessing the coastal footpath. [Plus thre's good off road parking]. Breakfast in the revamped garage [American Diner theme] was excellent. Compliments to the chef for the hearty breakfast and perfectly cooked poached eggs!
