Highly recommend John and team - had them remove our chimney stack from the centre of our house, did a great job, high quality finish (structural, plastering, electrics), worked clean and to budget. Lovely guys and trustworthy. Best thing is that when John says he will be round, he turns up on time! Very respectful of the client, and could not be happier with the outcome. Will be using Eves in the future for more work

John was very helpfully giving ideas about the decorating that we wanted carrying out and a lighting solution as the previous lighting made the hallway and landing appear dark . There was lots of wood chip wallpaper to be removed from the walls which is not the most favourite thing for builders or decorators but John and Paul removed this without an issue and re-plastered the walls . Always tidied up after themselves and a very professional finish to the paintwork, also very happy with the new internal doors as well .

We've just used Eves Building services to complete a bathroom renovation, including: ripping out and disposing of the old suite, plumbing, electrics, new door and door frame, plastering, tiling and decorating. John and his team were brilliant and really profession, from the point of coming to quote for the work, right up until the end. John has an eye for detail and will pick up on things other people won't and will, find a solution to any aspect of the job. Nothing was too big or too small a job for him, and every decision made was made by us, with options and reccomendations if requested. We have a 2 year old that's into everything, the team went above and beyond to make sure the room was safe every evening. They were really tidy throughout and respectful of our house. Can't thank John and his team enough!

We recently had John and his team complete works at our home. From the moment I sent John an email enquiring about a quote, he was responsive, on time and always kept me up to date if he was running late. John also accommodated a tight timeline we had, and did everything in his control to make sure they finished in time. John was also honest and open about costs and how we should do things. So much so he recommended we replace our boiler, even though he would not profit out of it at all. I found John to be very honest. The team that was on site day to day were nothing short of amazing. They were polite, friendly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were also friendly and patient with our dog who insisted on saying hello every morning, and occasionally did site inspections! We are beyond happy with the work we did - its even better than we could have ever expected. I would 1000% recommend John to anyone, and will definitely use Eves Building Services when we do other improvements in our home.
