The staff at Johnsons SEAT Preston were brilliant because they explained in detail the process of finance and how it works not to mention the GAP insurance which I didnt know about until I visited SEAT. I was served by Damien and I couldnt rate his customer service highly enough. He provided me with the best deal possible that was within my budget and the car (Ibiza) selected was an excellent choice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a decent car at a reasonable price.

The process of buying the car was fine, although as soon as it was purchased I started having problems. After 6 months I never received a new keeper slip after being promised it would be sent, nor did I get a v5. I have repeated called the numbers I have and that are online to be sent to a central switchboard who are unable to help. When I get put through I get promises it would be sorted but it never has. I am now having to pay the fees and do the paperwork for a new one which is a massive problem for me. My car is currently sorned and I have to get the train to work as Im waiting on the paperwork and tax to come through. I also had issues with getting it to charge and it regularly refuses to charge unless I restore it to factory settings every month. The only response I have ever got is that they dont know and offer no advice or anywhere I can go for answers
