    My experience was with Dom Wilson who gave me sound advice as to what to look for in my car choice and why, as well as following up by making sure i was always updated with an estimated timeline and what to expect. I was never left wondering what was going on or left in the dark. He was always very honest and contacted me as soon as he knew anything or had any significant information to update me with. Ive been in the car 3 weeks now and its exactly what I wanted (and needed) and i genuinely couldnt have asked for a better experience in relation to customer service (unless Dom personally built the car for me in front of me right then and there instead). Been recommending to everyone.

    I just moved to the UK couple months ago. Prior to my arrival, I decided to get a new Cupra Formentor VZ2. Then I looked for new ones on Autotrader. However, due to supply constraints, there were not many choices but I could still find one in Johnsons Preston. I sent an email to ask for the details. I was totally new on buying a car in the UK, especially without presence. Most of the dealers wouldnt even reply me. Except Dominic, not only he replied me promptly, but also provided me alternative (preordering a new built one) as the one I was interested was sold. He walked me through the process and rest assured me he will take care of everything. After I arrived in June, he kept me updated on the building progress and helped me to follow up regularly. Also answered all my questions even I felt I asked too many When the car was almost ready, he helped me to arrange all the paperwork and explain to me what options such as Cupra Care plan and GAP insurance are. He shot couple videos of the car when it arrived the company, made sure that I got all the info and the car was in good shape. As I live quite far from his company, its hard for me to go there and pick up my car. He helped to arrange the delivery for me and even took the pictures when the car was loaded to the lorry in the evening! When I got the car this morning, he called me right the way in case I have any question. And he follows through all the things for me afterwards, even the Cupra Connect app. Im so lucky that I found him to help getting my Formentor. I seriously believe that it wont be that smooth and caring if I found someone else. I highly recommend Dominic as the sales executive when anyone wants to buy a Cupra, even far away from Preston

    Took my cupra formentor vz2 in for a service and a few little niggles for warranty work. I didn't get the guys name on the service reception. But he has a good grasp of the cars and got everything I wanted looking at sorted.realy good experience and my car came out like barnd new. The only reason it's not 5 stars is it was quite expensive. But I suppose that goes with the territory of having a performance car. Thanks guys

    Dominic at Cupra has been fantastic. This is the 2nd car we have arranged through Dom and this branch. Decided to go from my Leon FR to the new Cupra Formentor VZ1. Love the car, a nice mix of comfort and, when you want it, a bit of fun. Always had great service here from both Cupra and Seat, looking forward to what we are going to see from Cupra in the future. All the team here are friendly and helpful, no pressure at all and they really take the time to understand what you want/need and work hard to meet those needs. If you are someone who is after something that is a bit more unique to drive about in, yet has a level of quality you would expect from a high end marque then consider a Cupra and go and speak to Johnsons. Thanks
