        We picked our new car up this morning from Lexus preston, very warmly greeted by Andrew Hood. What an amazing experience he made for us, the customer service experience all the staff give is 100% the best. A massive thankyou for everything, we love our new UX Fsport, and would highly recommend Lexus Preston to everyone we know. This has made our weekend very special so Thankyou. X

        Our car was recalled for a faulty part. Booked the car in and arranged a courtesy car when booking. Upon arriving to the immaculate showroom. The greeter (didn't catch his name) sat us down and made us a very nice coffee. When speaking to Will at the desk, the book in was very quick and had the courtesy car waiting at the door. He offered us a interior/exterior clean free of charge. We took away for the day a brand new NX450h which was an absolute pleasure. On return, our car was extremely clean at the door. 2 bottles of water in the car and they even put half a tank of fuel in for us as it had to go into the garage with less than a quarter of a tank. Customer service was first class has you would expect. Will was a pleasure to deal with along with the greeter. Would highly recommend Lexus, not only for great cars but great service. Thanks again
