I used to attend this yoga studio on a regular basis: its clean, the temperature is good and most of the teachers are of an excellent standard so I have given it three stars. The only reason I had to mark down was because I felt particularly ill during a class and needed to leave the studio and the teacher flat out refused to let me leave the building saying the couldnt accommodate that: I was dizzy, about to throw up and needed fresh air. She was very very rude and unsympathetic. As it would have meant waiting for over an hour in a hot studio with no windows I let myself out and decided never to return as its just an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a person. To put this into context I have been doing hot yoga for 15+ years and I am a yoga teacher myself: we are not physicians, we are there to support our students not dictate to them what they should or should not be doing- especially telling them they cant leave the building when they feel sick! Considering I was a regular so they knew I had never left the studio in all the years I had been a student there I honestly dont understand this behaviour.

Divia is the best yoga teacher in bikram yoga and Michael is for me the only really polite decent person they have on reseption so for them two people I'm giving 5 stars , if they wasn't there I would have given 1 or 2 stars as I find others that work there a bit snotty and not very nice to talk to, there are other yoga teachers that don't even acknowledge you, this is my honest review about this place and I been coming here for years

I get to travel the world and I'm always looking for a Bikram or hot 26-2 class when I have down time in each city. I've practiced at studios in Encino, CA, LaJolla, CA, Bedford, MA, Miami, Boca Raton, Sarasota, Basalt CO, Glenwood Springs, CO, Boulder, CO, Chicago, Chadds Ford PA, Philadelphia, PA, Amsterdam, London's SOHO, (10 years ago), Philadelphia and 2 studios in NJ. I consider myself lucky have practiced in all these wonderful studios. My 2 NJ studios are 2 hours away. I wish I could practice more frequently. When I found out I would be visiting London again for a week I searched for the Soho studio again, but it's now closed but found found Bikram Yoga London instead. After reviewing the photos on their website I emailed them with some questions and then signed myself up. Antonia was the 1st person I met. She was super friendly and very helpful signing me in, getting me set up with a mat, the studio layout for my first class and also taught my class. She did a fantastic job. She very was attentive to all of the students in the room. I could tell she really enjoyed teaching. The locker rooms, bathrooms, showers and studio are very clean, and organized. My 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes had only 10-12?? students leaving plenty of elbow room. I took the 12:15 class today with Divya. The class almost doubled with students but there was still plenty of room. Divya's passion and energy for yoga and her students was tremendous. One could tell she wanted everyone to get the max benefit from practice including 2 new students yesterday and today. Next time I visit and stay downtown and will look forward to practicing with them again.

Love this studio, love the teachers, especially Brigettane =, Martin, Naomi and Adrian. Really, really great teachers. They are the best! Receptionists can be a lil curt, but I think that's down to training more than anything else.
