All staff were very patient and friendly to us, my 9 and 7 year old were determined to do the tombs part, staff provided a guardian angel (so no actors jump out) and they had fun. I didnt go in as I dont like that kind of thing and found even the first section scary. But I wanted to write a review as the staff went above and beyond when my son needed the loo half way through and allowed him back in waiting patiently with me to get him back in the tour. Actors were great and I was really impressed with how they do care about not totally terrifying younger guests. I think its just upto you if your children can cope with it. Check out some videos online and consider not doing the tombs or with guardian angel
