I saw a customer drop a loaf of bread on the floor (one of the ones that don't have packaging), look around nervously and then put it back on the shelf. I told a member of staff with a manager tag that that loaf had been on the floor, to which he replied "ok" and did nothing further. I was in the store for a further 10-15 minutes, during which time I repeated this to the same manager one more time. By the time I left, the loaf of bread was still there on the shelf. Ideally when you buy a loaf of bread you should be able to have some confidence that it hasn't been dropped on the floor. So, M&S, in all seriousness, what's up with this?

Excellent customer service, particularly from Andre. Always use this branch, has a good selection of products, the staff are friendly and efficient and the queue moves quickly when there is one.
