Yesterday we came back tired from walking around the city center, already in pajamas, the fire and smoke alarm went off, a deafening alarm that lasted more than 2 hours, we were unable to sleep until after midnight, the incredible thing is that the 24/7 ACTIVE assistance as they specify both by mail and by telephone is totally absent. They deigned to reply this morning when we had already left the apartment saying that we should have called them on the phone, I repeat that it is well clarified by them that assistance is both via email and telephone, with an Italian SIM not knowing which rate plan they would have me applied, certainly between the email and the phone call I chose the first option. We spent the evening outside the building worried by the situation, the alarm continued to sound incessantly and no one from assistance gave us help, despite the three emails sent with video of the alarm and of the cabin indicating fire and smoke from the apartment on the first floor. (Original) Pessima recensione per questo appartamento. Avevamo l'appartamento 4 al 4 piano, la posizione buona, metro e treno vicino e anche si si vuole camminare a piedi una bella passeggiata. L'appartamento era davvero piccolo, le lenzuola avevano macchie nere, il pavimento del bagno macchiato, il microonde appena si accendeva faceva un terribile rumore di metallo, dalla finestra entrava un'aria fredda da far svolazzare la tendina, ma soprattutto ZERO attenzione al cliente. Ieri tornati stanchi dai giri al centro della citt, gi con il pigiama, scatta l'allarme antincendio e antifumo,un allarme assordante che durato pi di 2 ore, non siamo riusciti a dormire se non dopo mezzanotte, la cosa incredibile che l'assistenza ATTIVA 24/7 come specificano loro sia via mail che telefonicamente totalmente assente. Si sono degnati di rispondere stamattina quando avevamo gi lasciato l'appartamento dicendo che avremmo dovuto chiamarli al telefono, ribadisco che ben chiarito da loro che l'assistenza sia via mail che telefonica, con una sim italiana non sapendo che piano tariffario mi avrebbero applicato, certamente tra la mail e la telefonata ho scelto la prima opzione. Abbiamo trascorso la serata fuori dal palazzo preoccupati dalla situazione, l'allarme continuava incessantemente a suonare e nessuno dell'assistenza ci dava aiuto, nonostante le tre mail inviate con video dell'allarme e della cabina che indicava fuoco e fumo dall'appartamento posto al primo piano. Alla fine siamo rientrati nonostante l'allarme continuasse a suonare, perch eravamo stremati e il giorno dopo dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento entro le ore 10 del mattino. Sconsiglio assolutamente!!!
