Cinq Restaurants

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely lunch there today, served by some lovely people. The service was quick and satisfactory. They were especially appreciated when they assisted us after my partner feinted due to medical issues. Very caring and happy to help. Will visit again next time I'm in town!

The Cafe looks good but the Food and Service is bad. From walking in and having some Waiter 'barking' at us for walking in the wrong door (if you don't want people to use it, lock it or put a SIGN ON IT) To the quality of food , I ordered a Croque Monsieur, what arrived had cold cheese in it and I do mean COLD (like it had just come out of a Fridge ) These Cheese they use wasn't Gruyre, instead it was some cheap greasy Cheddar, and there was no Mustard Mayo either - the thing was just a greasy mess and fowl tasting.. I asked them to fix it and I received a miserable response from them. Just avoid, there's plenty of better places to eat around there...

The waiter was extremely rude from the moment we came in. Was not even busy. He made us feel very unwelcome. The final drop was when we tried to order a wet capuchino and he told my friend's mum that 'a capuchino is a capuchino. No blue, purple or anything strange'. He just mocked her! At that point we left. Totally rude, talking in a condescend manner to a lady with her grand children. Customer care training is needed in that place...urgently. What an embarrassment for London hospitality!
