        After the hussel of Borough Market, the calm of Vivat Bacchus courtyard seating in the early spring sunshine was a relief. With The Shard towering above us, we wiled away the afternoon drinking red wine and gin from South Africa with an anti-pasta board of cheese and meats. The staff were attentive and made the day very enjoyable. Finished off with a fabulous dinner inside which set us up for the trip up The Shard to watch the sunset over London.

        Pretty good restaurant for meats and wines. The 2-person steak was good, but the chicken was pretty poor sadly. Very friendly service
