In particular we were looked after by Richard, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and property market, and took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences. He was also available to answer our questions and provide valuable insights, and was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Finally, Richard was also very organized and efficient in arranging viewings, and very transparent and honest in his communication, which we greatly appreciated.

We had a viewing with Richard Williams who was extremely professional and patient. Richard ensured that we understood all the aspects of the property, and went the extra mile to proactively share with us questions we hadn't even got to yet. While we didn't end up going for the property, I would be keen to work with him again.
