First time shopping at CT and what a lovely experience. Usually hard to find my size in stock at the store to either purchase or even try on but they had everything available which is sadly unusual for me. Catherine and Olivia were amazing helping to measure everything to make sure it fit right and having all the patience in the world. Thank you both for a great service and will definitely be back again. Always a plus when you can order your actual size to the store without being limited to what is available there and then.

Ive been buying CT for years. Usually their shirts, and more recently their chinos and blazers. Their clothing is very good quality and their return policy is amazing (6 month return). They always, always have some discount going so never pay full price- look online for discount codes or just ask for one in the shop.

Im a repeat client of Charles Tyrwhitt, but it was a first time at this location, first impression dry environment, what didnt help was that short Indian guy, low energy, not welcoming and with below par customer service skills. I ended up buying with another assistant but damm, this guy so bad he sticks out.
