Very early days for the Lettings side, however great training provided and all aspects we need in terms of property management and account functions. I am still slowly learning the system but so far my experience with Alto has been great!

Four months in after being pushed into switching from Jupix. This poor product is effecting our business and even bringing down staff moral due to problem after problem.

Although early days and still navigating our way around Alto, so far, its user-friendly and the online training platform is very helpful. It would be beneficial to have a hard copy manual to refer to and it is sometimes very difficult to get through to your support line to speak to someone when you need immediate support. Joe Claire has been the most knowledgeable staff member I have spoken to so far and is always very helpful.
