        I would not recommend buying any property from Hadley Property Group. They claim to pride them selves in 'attention to detail and commitment to quality' although my experience along with the majority of lease holders (that i have come into contact with) that have bought into one of their apartment complexes has been negative. Hadley Property Group often work with a construction company called Ardmore who are responsible for building the apartments and the workmanship is shoddy at best - my snag list was as long as my arm (including my bathroom sink falling off the wall) and it often took numerous attempts to fix the snags. You also need to bear in mind that once the defect period is over they wont take responsibility for rectifying issues that have previosuly been flagged and not rectified properly.
