Awful and a waste of time. Following being canvassed for business I mentioned I had a server and all the software and all it needed was setting up, pretty simple job as I would normally do it myself if I had time. They sent someone down to survey the job, look at equipment which took around 1.5 hours. This was at the beginning of August... by the end of September I still hadn't had a quote. On another phone call to chase they sent me a quote, this was written on an email and was for 8000!!!!!! for a days work!!!I nearly fell off of my chair with shock. It was a number they had plucked out of the sky because they obviously didnt want the job! Waste of time
