Visiting from the US, recovering from a stem cell injection in my low back, and three years of chronic pain because of a disc injury. Pantelis was able to accommodate me on short notice, did a thorough intake, and gave me some very effective exercises to help support my healing daily. He was knowledgeable and kind. A very good experience.

I have previously been at DJN Physio in Fenchurch street where I normally see Ela for sports massage or Dan. However this time I went to London Bridge as I urgently needed to see a physio because of lower back pain. I met Pantelis who explained everything to me and gave me a few stretches and exercises not only to immediately relief the pain but also to make it stop permanently! As always the service was super friendly and I was able to book my sessions! Thanks Dominique and Sophie for recommending him!

Been coming to see Neil and the team at DJN for a few years now with back and leg issues from running and sports in general. Treatment is always well thought out and well explained. Caring service and great team- highly recommend

I had a really effective sports massage from Ela Matuszewska-Bryndza at Fenchurch St branch. It was a strong massage and she took the time to explain what she was doing and what I should / could be feeling . I would definitely recommend her and DJN physio
